About the owner


Jessica Ross
Owner and Virtual Assistant

Delegate To Me is the creation of Jessica Ross, a professional Paralegal with over 14 years’ experience in both small and large organisations. Jessica can be described as a perfectionist and has a passion for order and efficiency.

Over the years Jessica has been fortunate to work within some well-known companies such as Diageo (Alcohol Beverage Company/Legal), Ashurst (Legal) and Aristocrat (Gaming/Legal) with her roles expanding across many global jurisdictions.

In today's times, and many business models adapting to work from home, Jessica spent more time with her husband Ben (who owns and operates several companies) and was surprised with how many administrative tasks took over his day which led him to work increased hours to ensure his higher value work was also attended to.

From this, Delegate To Me was created!

What is a remote/virtual assistant?

A remote/virtual assistant is no different to the office support roles you are already familiar with (administration, executive assistants, business and project management, etc), but all the work is done remotely, without needing to be physically in your office.

What are the benefits of using Delegate To Me?

We are equipped to work remotely. When comparing rates of a new employee versus using Delegate To Me, please consider the overheads you will save when using our services, e.g. no leave loading, no superannuation, no insurances, etc.

How do I pay?

Delegate To Me accepts bank transfer payments only.
All payment details will be on your invoice.
If you purchase a pre-paid package, a 50% deposit will be required ahead of commencement.

Can you use our custom software?

Yes! We are always open to learning opportunities and are willing to receive training on any custom software your business may use.

How do we start?

Do we need to provide any training?

Think of us as an extension of your business. When we get started you may need to provide detailed instructions and feedback regarding how you like things done so we can ensure we are doing things just as as you would.

Do I need to provide notice if I want to cancel services?

Yes, if you want to cancel our services, we will require written notice in accordance with your signed Service Agreement.
